STARTING BATTERIES

Our industrial batteries includes applications for traction equipment (forklifts, golf carts, electric vehicles), power backup equipment (UPS), and infrastructure sector (railway, telecom, solar, power generation and utilities) .

With excellent quality products of both flooded as well as VRLA batteries, we offer a wide range of lead acid storage batteries, ranging from 2.5Ah to 20,600Ah capacity covering  the broadest spectrum of applications.

STARTING BATTERIES

ROTTEC traction batteries are the most reliable solution to the ever-increasing demands and cover  a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.

With cutting edge technology and emphasis on quality, ROTTEC traction cells  stand out for their constant reliable power, high performance, easy maintenance , long service life and excellent behavior in adverse environmental conditions.

Based on new filtration filling technology and a high tech continuous recirculation formation technique, ensures appropriate filling density in the positives, ensures longer life and better performance even at partial state of change.

All batteries can optionally be equipped with an automatic water filling system, automatic airmix system, electrolyte  level sensor, temperature sensor and operating data logger.

Deliver up to 1500 cycles at 80% DOD discharge depth and 3000 cycles at 50% DOD discharge depth.

Our batteries are manufactured in accordance with the international specifications EN 60254-1, EN60254-2 and DIN 43595 and they are available either as lead acid or gel  type in the entire classic range  according to DIN PZS/PZV & BS PZB/PZVB standards as well as in the DIN PZS –XP range with 15% additional capacity in the same dimensions of the classic range.

  1. Patented low antimony negative grid with fewer boils and low internal electrical resistance.
  2. USA technology is applied to obtain consistency of the robust tubular plate, casted at incredibly high 120 bar pressure , keeping the active material constant, reducing the shedding and minimizing corrosion speed of the elements.
  3. Separators of microporous polyethylene with low ionic resistance that ensures high battery power throughout the battery’s life.
  4. Ecxellent positive spine, casting at incredibly high 120 bar pressure with a special low antimony lead alloy formula, forms a uniform surface of high energy density.
  5. Special formulated active material combined with unique structure of non- woven gauntlets, enables the electrolyte to penetrate more freely and enhance battery’s life.
  1. Neoprene grommet with special grooved and outer portion design that eliminates the electrolyte seepage and flow.
  2. Advanced grooved design that arrests the electrolyte seepage, eliminates voltage leakage and reduces corrosion.
  3. New filtration filling technology ensures appropriate density in the positive and better performance.
  4. Re-circulation uniform formation technique throughout the length of the plate without stratification and better utilization of active material.

ROTTEC traction batteries PZS  (basic flooded series)  are manufactured  according to DIN standards and  covering  a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.

ROTTEC traction batteries PZS-XP  (extra capacity  flooded series) are manufactured  according to DIN standards  and designed to deliver 15~20% more energy than the basic series.

They are  the most reliable solution to the ever-increasing demands, covering  a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.

XP-Range (optional)

Rottec traction -XP range comes with 15% additional capacity in the same dimensions of the classic range. The higher diameter of the gauntlet tubes increases the annular volume resulting in increased power. The advance formula of Red lead and Grey oxide used in the positive active material ensures increased power and long life. The Rottec-XP range of batteries is at the highest technology level and has higher efficiency.
