ROTTEC traction complete batteries are the most reliable solution to the ever-increasing demands and cover a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.
ROTTEC traction batteries are manufactured to the highest quality, in accordance with the international specifications EN 60254-1, EN60254-2 and DIN 43595 and they are available either as lead acid or gel type in the entire classic range according to DIN PZS/PZV & BS PZB/PZVB standards.
Based on new filtration filling technology and a high tech continuous recirculation formation technique, ensures appropriate filling density in the positives, ensures longer life and better performance even at partial state of change.
All batteries can optionally be equipped with an automatic water filling system, automatic airmix system, electrolyte level sensor, temperature sensor and operating data logger.
Deliver up to 1500 cycles at 80% DOD discharge depth and 3000 cycles at 50% DOD discharge depth
XP-Range (optional)
Rottec traction -XP range comes with 15% additional capacity in the same dimensions of the classic range. The higher diameter of the gauntlet tubes increases the annular volume resulting in increased power. The advance formula of Red lead and Grey oxide used in the positive active material ensures increased power and long life. The Rottec-XP range of batteries is at the highest technology level and has higher efficiency.
ROTTEC traction batteries PZS (basic flooded series) are manufactured according to DIN standards and covering a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.
ROTTEC traction batteries PZS-XP (extra capacity flooded series) are manufactured according to DIN standards and designed to deliver 15~20% more energy than the basic series.
They are the most reliable solution to the ever-increasing demands, covering a wide range of applications, such as electric forklifts, industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting platforms, trains, small autonomous photovoltaic systems, etc.
